What it is for: Start a conversation with the a2N Assistant about your own company's data
List: columns and filters: MCP badge (servers connected / total, popover), greeting with your name, four capability cards, composer, 'Try these' chips (company quick prompts personalised to your tools), seven module cards with capability drawers, Recent chats, 'Your access' panel
Buttons and actions: Ask me anything (composer), chip click, View all capabilities, open a recent chat
Permission needed: ai.use

What it is for: One chat: your questions, the assistant's answers as text, tables, KPIs, record cards, charts, sources and confirmation cards
List: columns and filters: Recent-chat sidebar: search, Pinned / Today / Yesterday / Older, Archived chats toggle. Per message: Copy, Read aloud, Helpful / Not helpful with reason
Buttons and actions: Agent selector, Pin, More: Rename, Export as Markdown, Export as text, Print / save as PDF, Duplicate, Share with company / Make private, Advanced mode (trace), Archive, Delete; Stop while answering
Permission needed: ai.use (confirm a card: ai.act)

What it is for: Type, attach, dictate or talk live
List: columns and filters: Plus menu: Upload file, Upload image, Take screenshot, attach Customer / Supplier / Product / Employee / Invoice / Purchase order, Connect data source. Data source: a2N ERP, current module/record, My Files, Knowledge, MCP, all
Buttons and actions: Send (Enter; Shift+Enter = new line), Voice (right-click for language), Live, Stop
Permission needed: ai.use

What it is for: A change the assistant proposes (customer, quotation, purchase order, CRM lead, project task...). Nothing is saved until you confirm
List: columns and filters: Title, risk chip, fields, lines (Product, Qty, Price, Untaxed), status chip (Waiting for you / Working... / Done / Cancelled / Failed)
Buttons and actions: Confirm & Create, Edit (puts 'Change the proposal: ' in the composer), Cancel; 'I have reviewed the details' tick on high-risk cards
Permission needed: ai.act + the tool's own permission (e.g. document.draft, partner.manage, crm.manage)

What it is for: Real-time spoken conversation (Gemini Live listens and speaks; ERP questions answered by the assistant with your permissions)
List: columns and filters: Status: Connecting... / Listening - just talk / Checking the ERP... / Speaking - talk to interrupt; transcript of You and the assistant
Buttons and actions: Mute / Unmute, End
Permission needed: ai.use; Live voice switched on with a Google key

What it is for: Policies, procedures and manuals the assistant searches and cites
List: columns and filters: Search box with scored passages; Collections list (name, document count); documents table: Title (+tags), Type, Source, Passages, Status (Search ready / Failed), Added
Buttons and actions: New collection, Add document, Delete collection, Remove document (managers only)
Permission needed: ai.use (read/search); ai.configure (manage)

What it is for: Files you gave the assistant and files it produced; parsed as data, never run
List: columns and filters: Name, Type, Contents, Size, Source, Visibility, Created; Archived toggle; preview drawer with first rows / text
Buttons and actions: Upload, Delete, Archive / Restore, Rename, Share / Make private, Download, Use in chat
Permission needed: ai.use

What it is for: Specialised assistants (16 standard + custom). An agent can only narrow what its user may do
List: columns and filters: Tiles: name, Standard / Custom agent, Active / Disabled, Tools you can use, Approval (Standard / Confirm everything), Modules, Model
Buttons and actions: New agent; open tile -> builder tabs General, Allowed tools, Approval & limits, Test console; Save, Delete (custom only)
Permission needed: ai.use (see); ai.configure (create / change / test)

What it is for: The built-in a2NSoft ERP server and outside MCP servers the assistant may use
List: columns and filters: Health tiles: Connected servers, Disconnected, Tool errors, Average latency, Last success, Last failure; server rows: Server, Type, URL / transport, Status, Tools, Latency, Last connected
Buttons and actions: Add server (8-step wizard), Connect / Disconnect, Test, View tools, Delete; server detail tabs Overview, Tools (Test tool), Resources, Prompts, Agents, Logs, Settings
Permission needed: ai.configure

What it is for: How the assistant runs for this company, plus the activity log and usage
List: columns and filters: Tabs: General, Models, Live voice, Security & privacy, Limits & retention, Activity log (Time, User, Agent, Server, Tool, Input (redacted), Result, Status, Records, Duration), Usage (Period 7/30/90 days; Chats, Messages, Tool calls, Actions executed, Files, Tokens, Read from cache, Estimated cost, Answered without the model, Average latency, Errors, Feedback; By user / agent / tool)
Buttons and actions: Save, Test connection, Remove key, Test live connection
Permission needed: ai.configure (settings tabs); ai.activity (Activity log, Usage)

What it is for: Turn parts of the app off for the company and set field modes
List: columns and filters: Features: Chat and drafting (always on), Agents, MCP servers, Knowledge and files. Fields: Agent purpose, MCP server description, Knowledge collection description (Hidden / Optional / Required)
Buttons and actions: Switch on / off; choose a field mode
